My wife, Annette, and I have bought and sold 15 properties during our lives whether they were for military moves, investment properties, and/or recreational properties and I can say with certainty that Traci is the best realtor I've ever done business with. She helped us stay within our budget AND found us a property that met all our needs and all of our wants as well. Additionally, she negotiated the sellers down to a price we as buyers were very excited about. And finally, Traci handled the entire closing process for us including the home inspection, minor inspection corrections, follow up on said repairs, coordination with the selling agent and the title company, and coordinated access to the property for the various inspectors, appraisers, repairmen, and service providers during the close. Traci has tremendous integrity and professional ethics. She's fair to both her clients and the party on the other side of the table. Her decades of experience will make your real estate transaction smooth and painless whether buying or selling. BUT my favorite quality that Traci exhibits is her no BS approach. She will tell you or the other party the truth you need to hear, even if you might not like the message. She does a great job of holding all parties in the transaction accountable and will call them out in a respectful manner when the need arises. Obviously, we're big fans of Traci McCoy. Traci knows the area like it’s her backyard, because it is! Having grown up in Santa Rosa County, she knows the locations and their plusses and minuses. She was great at providing all the information about properties in a way that was honest and forthright, but not swaying us. She’s also just a ton of fun to work with! And, like any closing, there were a myriad of details. She kept all the plates spinning for us, letting us know when we needed to do something. We were buying our house remotely, so it was absolutely essential that we had someone on the ground in Florida that we could count on. She was absolutely great! I think you absolutely should work with Traci because of her many years of experience, her knowledge of the area, her attention to detail and because she is a genuinely good person!

I attempted to sell the house myself. After weeks of scam calls and callers offering pennys on the dollar, I contacted Traci. She had sold a previous house before and gained my respect. She was super helpful and confident in how to move the house. We followed her advice and the house sold in no time. She went way above and beyond to help the sale. Since I was out of town, she took over having the yards cut and handled all the small items that needed fixed. She definitely earned her commission. Traci truly cares about me as the client. I highly recommend her.
